Trail 2 is a moderate 1.0 mile trail that begins
at Trailside
Shelter (behind the CCC Recreation Hall) and ventures
into McCormick's Cove Nature Preserve and ends
up between Family Cabin
#11 and #12.
Trail 2 also offers access to the Quarry Loop
Trail (labeled Q on the trail map) for observation
of the Old State House Quarry.
Note: This is not the official Park website.
However, it is the most complete and easy-to-use site, with
everything you need to plan a trip to McCormick's Creek State
Park.
